People often try to resolve vehicle problems with a manufacturer or dealer. Many are disappointed with the results. Inaccurate or misleading information (whether intended or not) if often provided that discourages claims being made. Surprisingly, many of the conversations people have are often written down by manufacturer's representatives. Our advise is to keep notes of conversations you had, review and store all repair receipts, and contact an attorney to find out what rights you have.
